Chloe, Millie, Faye and Liberty all agreed to go the whole way with their partners - and even planned to have a 'graduation ceremony' once the deed was done.
In steamy scenes in the bedroom, the camera showed the villa's couples getting hot under the covers - and it appears all four couple's may have 'graduated'.
