Love Island star Dr Alex George's tribute to his brother on day of his funeral

Love Island star, 27, who is originally from Carmarthen, revealed on his Instagram account in late July that his younger brother had died and that he had lost his "beautiful little brother to mental health".

In a heartfelt post to his brother, who he said was due to start medical school next month, Dr Alex shared his family's devastation.

He wrote: "I can't believe I am actually writing this post. I have lost my beautiful little brother to mental health."I love you so much Llŷr.

The kindest and most caring soul."I was so proud of you starting medical school next month, you would have been the most incredible doctor.
