Love Island star Dr Alex George has decided to take a step back from social media owing to the tragic death of his younger brother back in July.The reality star and A&E doctor, 30, took to his Instagram account on Sunday to explain he needed to take a break from Instagram in order to look after his own mental health following the death of his 20-year-old brother Llŷr.

Sharing a snap of himself standing on a beach, the star wrote: "I have decided to take a few weeks off social media. Get exclusive celebrity stories and fabulous photoshoots straight to your inbox with OK's daily newsletter.
