Lorraine Kelly urges Eurovision bosses to consider V&A Dundee to host song contest

TV star Lorraine Kelly thinks V&A Dundee would be the perfect venue to host the Eurovision Song Contest. The presenter suggested the venue as two of Scotland's largest cities confirm their bids to host the mega event.

A spokesperson for Glasgow City Council said the city is a "safe pair of hands" after hosting COP26 last November, while Aberdeen City Council has also thrown its hat in the ring.

It comes as the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and the BBC confirmed the annual competition would be hosted in the UK.
