Lorraine Kelly has paid a poignant tribute to her 'grafter' dad in a throwback message for Father's Day. The iconic Scots TV presenter posted a sweet picture from when she was a baby of her then 18-year-old dad cradling her in his arms.

Wearing a dapper jumper and shirt combination coupled with a stylish haircut, her dad lovingly looks down at a tiny Lorraine.

And in a moving post alongside the snap, she revealed he is currently being looked after at Hairmyres Hospital in Inverness while thanking staff looking after him.
