Loch Ness Monster is showing no signs of slowing - with 14 sightings so far in 2021 already. The mysterious creature which is said to lurk beneath the waves of Loch Ness sees thousands of visitors flock to the loch each year to try to catch a glimpse and regularly makes headlines all around the world.It'll probably come as no surprise then, that Nessie has topped the list of the UK's most searched-for myths and legends, with only Robin Hood being able to match the loch monster's appeal.
The research by holiday accommodation site Cottages and Castles showed that legendary Scottish creatures like the Kelpies and Selkies were also hugely popular with Google users.
