Over the weekend there have been several updates to shopping rules and restrictions - including new guidelines from Tesco, Waitrose and Asda.
Asda has announced that it will be opening stores an hour earlier on Sundays in addition to its existing NHS browsing hours.
A statement from the supermarket reads: "Help us support and thank our heroic NHS staff by allowing them to shop first in our stores.
