Coronavirus infection rates have gone up in seven boroughs across Greater Manchester, the latest data shows. The latest Public Health England data shows cases have risen in Tameside, Stockport, Trafford, Bury, Wigan, Oldham and Bolton.

The infection rate for the region as a whole now stands at 324.2 per 100,000 people. This is higher than the national average of 323.9.
