Angels Hotel in Uddingston is urging those who booked tickets for their Hogmanay party to "be kind" and donate the ticket money to their staff.The popular bar and restaurant has been forced to cancel its New Year's Eve party due to the ongoing coronavirus restrictions announced earlier this week by Nicola Sturgeon.However, bosses at the Lanarkshire eaterie and pub are encouraging ticket buyers to donate the purchase price to Angels staff, who are once again being affected by the new hospitality sector rules brought into effect due to surging cases of the omicron variant.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
