The listing notes that “the property has fallen into disrepair and is a major fixer.”Cobain — the still-respected Nirvana frontman who died by suicide in 1994 — and Love, the lead vocalist for Hole who later transitioned into acting, moved into this Hollywood Heights spread in 1992, the year their daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, was born.It isn’t clear how long the family resided there, but it’s said that Cobain wrote much of “In Utero” — Nirvana’s third and final album — in the home.The 2,458-square-foot property, at 6881 Alta Loma Terrace, has three.
