Kim stepped out in Collina Strada gown which featured a sculpted horse head on the bodice and a dramatic floral skirt.
She paired the look with a long braided hair piece and strappy red heels. She told red carpet host Ilana Glazer that she grew up riding horses and was representing “all horse girls and horse humans here” with her outfit, adding that it took two weeks to make the gown.
