Even with all the drama going on with her estranged husband Kanye West, Kim Kardashian is focused on being the most doting mother to their four children. The 41-year-old makeup mogul proved just that as she shared adorable photos of Chicago West, 4, and Psalm West, 2, showing some sibling love on Friday (Feb. 18). Taking to her Instagram, Kim posted a sweet snap of Chicago with her arm around her baby brother as she placed a kiss on his forehead. Yes, your heart is allowed to melt! Kim captioned the snap with the kids’ names and a heart emoji.

Kanye «Ye» West's attorney has filed legal documents in court objecting to Kim Kardashian's request that she be legally declared single, saying he first wants his assets protected via a set of conditions that the rapper's lawyer claims his estranged wife has already rejected.In legal docs, obtained by ET, West wants the court to deny Kardashian's request to become legally single because «the motion does not provide the protections necessary for an early termination of marital status.» West's attorney laid out those concerns in docs, saying that declaring Kardashian single «before custody, property, and support issues are resolved creates a risk of adverse consequences.»The  rapper's lawyer says «this is especially true if one of the parties were to pass away while the case is pending.» Furthermore, West's lawyer argues that should the court declare Kardashian legally single, it would create «barriers to obtaining evidence if a party remarries before the case is concluded.»For starters, West's lawyer wants Kardashian to agree to a «right of reimbursement,» meaning that any money owed to each other would get reimbursed in the event one of them died. But West's lawyer claims «Kim’s counsel has asserted that this condition is unnecessary given the premarital agreement.»West also wants to ensure that no assets are transferred out of trusts they've created.

Kanye West has filed a response to Kim Kardashian's request for a judge to declare her single amid their divorce. New court documents obtained by Fox News Digital show that West, via his attorneys, filed a responsive declaration on Wednesday to Kardashian's request to be declared single before the exes sort out all of their custody and property issues within the case.

It appears Kanye West’s feud with Pete Davidson sees no end in sight. On Thursday, the "All of the Lights" emcee, 44, called out the media as well as "SNL" for piling on to banter centered around his mental health in a since-deleted Instagram post.

A source tells ET that Pete is trying to connect with his girlfriend's family and wants them to know his and Kim's relationship isn't «just a fling.»«Kim and Pete have gotten even closer in the last few weeks.
