Joshua Molnar cleared of knife possession charge

Mr Molnar, 18, was accused of having a bladed article in public in Wilmslow, on February 17, 2019 which he denied. In a hearing at Chester Crown Court today, Friday March 19, Simon Mills, prosecuting, said that following a review it had been decided that the evidence was "insufficient as it stands to provide a realistic prospect of conviction." "The decision is agreed by all those involved in prosecuting the case," he said.
