Jason Leitch insists Hearts training ban was SPFL decision as he outlines his 'at risk' warning to clubs

Hearts to stop training came entirely from the SPFL.The capital club had been back in action ahead of the Championship season but were told on Thursday they must stop until at least August 24.The joint response group took the action after breaches of coronavirus protocol by the 'Aberdeen 8' and Celtic's Boli Bolingoli.However, it appears the Scottish Government had no influence in the decision to suspend training, with the national clinical director unaware the ruling even applied to Robbie Neilson's side.Leitch said on BBC Radio Scotland: "These are matters for the SPFL, we didn't tell them what to do."We told them to reassure us everything was in place that was necessary, and we told them to make sure education was in place and some new.
