Food waste enterprise Open Kitchen have secured the riverside restaurant space at the People's History Museum for their new venture, which opens tomorrow.

They had hoped to open a cafe in 2020, but were called upon to supply meals to the most vulnerable people in Greater Manchester during the pandemic instead - more than 140,000 meals in total.
