Scottish independence supporters will march through Glasgow today in the first rally since lockdown restrictions eased. The event will kick off just before midday on Saturday and is expected to have a 'large number of people in attendance', Glasgow Live reports.
Organised by the Scottish Independence Movement group, supporters are expected to leave Kelvingrove Park in the west end at 11.55am sharp and end at Glasgow Green.
The route will take pro-independence marchers through the city centre - including Sauchiehall Street and George Square.The route will go through Kelvingrove Park, Kelvinway, Gibson Street, Eldon Street, Woodlands Road, Sauchiehall Street, Pitt Street, West George Street and Blythswood Square (S).It will then snake through.
