The wheels of the bin crushes one of the animals underneath which lies twitching on the ground.Multiple rodents can be seen scattering across the street fleeing for cover.A man in the video can be heard saying 'they came out of that bin'.The GMB post the video to make demand that council bosses increase collection levels and staff numbers.It read:"A waste crisis within a public health crisis."Stop three- weekly.
