For a company that hasn't yet ventured into Manchester, it's already well-known by families who have sampled the goods at its sites in Poynton, Chester, Crewe and further afield.
So it's no surprise that its newest venture in Wilmslow is expecting to pull in the crowds. The Hickory’s team took over the site on Racecourse Road nearly two years ago and it was scheduled to open last April before Covid put a stop to the plans.
