Move over The Apprentice’s Lord Alan Sugar - there’s a brand new boss in town who means business. Chef Gordon Ramsay is launching his own BBC series called Future Food Stars, where he is on a mission to find the next biggest star in the food and drink industry.The outspoken 55 year old star will be whittling down the twelve contestants over the series by putting the aspiring foodie entrepreneurs through their paces in a series of challenges.

And the Michelin starred chef, who is dad to five children, is putting his money where his mouth is by investing £150,000 of his own money into the winner.

But Gordon, famed for his fiery outbursts in the kitchen, has promised viewers it’s not going to be an easy process.
