George Clooney's Wife Amal Has Started Watching 'E.R.'

George Clooney is opening up about how his wife Amal has started watching his iconic television series E.R. For those that don’t know, the 59-year-old Oscar-winning actor and director played the role of pediatrician Doug Ross on the beloved NBC medical series from 1994 to 1999.

Doug was known for being a ladies man and it doesn’t seem like Amal is a big fan of the character! “My wife is watching them now, and it’s getting me in a lot of trouble because I’d forgotten all of the terrible things [Doug] was doing picking up on women,” George said on the SmartLess podcast.

Podcast co-host Jason Bateman suggested that Amal might get starstruck around George now that she’s watching the show and the actor responded, “Yeah, that’s not my wife.” Geo
