A new 'Nightingale court' is opening at the University of Bolton Stadium in Horwich later this week, the home of Bolton Wanderers.

It will be the latest venue to be used to provide space for more cases to be heard, as the coronavirus pandemic affects the criminal justice system.

Another Nightingale court has opened at Stockport magistrates' court. With social distancing and other measures, space is at a premium within traditional crown courts.
