Flavor Flav says don't believe the hype. After Public Enemy leader Chuck D made noise last month with claims that the legendary hip-hop crew's giant clock-wearing hypeman/co-founder was no longer a member of PE, Flav tweeted on Wednesday that you can't truss it."I am not part of your hoax," Flav tweeted in response to D's interview with Talib Kweli and People's Party, in which he said that his claims that Flav was bounced from the group was not a hoax, per se, but a way to "get your attention."He noted that Flav is a "partner" in PE, so he can't be fired and then said they were about to release the "most significant hip-hop record of our time" with their upcoming album.Flav doesn't appear to be on board for any of it.
