Family fear for missing Scots woman who hasn't been seen in almost a week as police issue appeal

Police are searching for a missing Scottish woman who hasn't been seen in almost a week. Gemma Bain disappeared from the Auchinleck area of Ayrshire near Cumnock around 8pm on Saturday.

Concerns are growing for the 31-year-old who has not been in contact with family, which they say is unusual. Gemma is described as 5ft 1 in height, of slim build, has brown hair with light coloured highlights and when last seen she was wearing a red puffer style jacket with a black fir hood, black trousers and black trainers.Sergeant David Markin, Cumnock Police Station, said: “Gemma was reported missing by her family on Thursday, 10 November, after they hadn’t heard from her for a couple of days which is not like her."If you know where she is or have any
