Emergency services rush to reports of man trapped under bridge in Glasgow

Police Scotland arrived on the scene before calling for help from the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service after reports of a person being spotted on an embankment beneath the bridge that crosses the Auldhouse Burn at Auldhouse Avenue in the southside of the city.
Witnesses told Glasgow Live that police, SFRS firefighters, and ambulance workers were all in attendance with around 60 personnel eventually becoming involved at the scene.
An SFRS spokesperson said they were called to the scene just after 4am on Saturday, August 7.A winch was then set up at the scene, with local residents pointing out that the river is around 20ft below the street level of the bridge, it's not known how the man got down there.Officers from.
