major airline has apologised to a blind customer after rules they imposed meant his guide dog was barred from their domestic flights.
Tony Barclay, 62, feared his guide dog could have been seized or not allowed to return home when he was forced to leave him behind when traveling from Belfast to London.
The airline have said they are "incredibly sorry" for the mistake and are taking action to ensure the mistake is not repeated, Belfast Live reported.
Tony was told by easyjet 's special assistance team he needed to show proof of a a pet passport for Wallace and a rabies jab, despite the fact the proposed restrictions have been delayed until October by Stormont.
