EastEnders star Louisa Lytton signs up to be an NHS volunteer amid the coronavirus outbreak

Louisa Lytton has said she's signed up to be an NHS volunteer to help the nation's health workers combat the coronavirus.The EastEnders star, who plays Ruby Allen on the popular soap, is currently isolating with her fiancé Ben Bhanvra and has decided to do something proactive in aid of the NHS.

She took to her Instagram Stories to share the news by posting a photo of herself in grey jogging bottoms paired with fluffy pink slippers.

The 31 year old told her 164,000 followers: "Work out done Comfies on. Back to the car park I go.This will be my spot for the calls I'll be making as an NHS volunteer." [sic] Volunteers must be over 18 years old, fit, well and healthy, and once they have registered and passed checks they'll be provided a log-in.
