Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle has won her invasion of privacy suit against the Mail on Sunday and Associated Newspapers. The outlet published a letter written by Markle to her estranged father Thomas Markle.
The “Suits” alum argued that publishing the letter was an invasion of her privacy and the court agreed.
