Dr Alex George has opened up about how he’s coped following the sad passing of his younger brother, Llŷr, last July.The former Love Island star appeared on ITV’s Lorraine to help launch the show’s new ‘HEADucation’ initiative, set up to help tackle the rising issue of children’s mental health.
And speaking about how his own mental health has been impacted in the last twelve months as he dealt with grief on top of the pressures of lockdown, Alex, 30, said: “It’s been hard, hasn’t it?
