On Sunday (August 22) the teenager and his girlfriend were at a park in Chadderton, Oldham, when two officers approached them and began placing him in handcuffs.
The boy asked what he was being arrested for, but received no reply, his sister claims. Greater Manchester Police have since confirmed that nothing was found.
