Actor Danny Masterson has officially been charged by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office with three counts of rape  “by force or fear” in connection with incidents that occurred in 2001 and 2003.

The counts stem from three separate incidents involving separate women. The 44-year-old actor has steadfastly denied the claims, and said that he looked forward to clearing his name.

Danny faces 45 years to life in state prison if convicted on all charges. He was arrested by the LAPD  11:30am on June 17. His bail was $3.3 million, and a local L.A.

news radio station reports that he has already posted bond. The rape allegations resurfaced in Dec. 2017 as the #MeToo movement was gaining momentum.
