Community groups encouraged to spring into action and transform green spaces

Scotmid Uddingston is celebrating the launch of its 2022 Caulders Garden Centre pop-up by helping Lanarkshire community groups to transform green spaces.The store would like to hear from local groups working on projects such as transforming allotments, developing wildflower gardens or improving small green spaces to promote positive mental wellbeing.Kirsty George, head of local sourcing at Scotmid, said the store were "really excited" to help groups within the local community bring their green-fingered dreams to life.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
