Celtic to take part in 'You'll Never Walk Alone' sing song as anthem unites the world

Radio stations across Europe will simultaneously play Celtic and Liverpool anthem You'll Never Walk Alone on Friday morning as a show of solidarity in the face of the coronavirus pandemic.

At 8:45am Central European Time - 7:45am in the UK - a host of broadcasters from across the continent will play the Gerry and the Pacemakers tune, which rings around Celtic Park and Anfield before kick-off every home matchday.

BBC Radio 1 and 2 will take part in the simultaneous broadcast while stations from Belgium, Austria, Spain, Finland and many other European nations will also join in.
