Prosecutors are set to examine their decision to push forward with the assault case against Caroline Flack.The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) confirmed the move yesterday as it was revealed officials had deemed the charges against the former Love Island host as being of a particularly sensitive or complex nature.The announcement comes after a storm of criticism over her "show trial".Caroline killed herself on February 15, a day after she learned the CPS was pursuing the charges that she attacked her boyfriend, Lewis Burton, with a lamp.After a Freedom of Information request by the Mirror, the CPS said there would “be a post-case review panel conducted by a deputy chief crown prosecutor.”A spokesman added: “The review will look at the
