Carole Baskin
Carole Baskin (born June 6, 1961) is an American animal rights activist and owner of Big Cat Rescue, a non-profit animal sanctuary based near Tampa, Florida. Baskin drew public attention when she was featured in the 2020 Netflix documentary series Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness about Oklahoma-based private zoo operator known as Joe Exotic. The Netflix series follows both Baskin and Joe Exotic, filming their ongoing and escalating feuds over exotic animals in private zoos. Following the series' release, Baskin has been targeted by Internet memes related to the disappearance of Don Lewis, her second husband.

Carole Baskin will not appear in the new Tiger King episode which is set to be a 'live reunion'

An announcement from Tiger King star Jeff Lowe that a new episode would be coming within the next week from Netflix, fans have gone into overdrive with excitement.

But there's one person that has confirmed they won't be a part of the revisit and that's the love-to-hate her, Carole Baskin.The Big Cat Rescue Sanctuary owner, who was accused of being behind the disappearance of her husband Jack 'Don' Lewis by Joe Exotice, will sadly not be appearing in what is being reported as a "live reunion" episode.

When the Netflix series, Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness, officially launched Carole hit out at the way the rivalry between the big cat owners had been portrayed, calling it "salacious and sensational".
