A blind Scot has told how he is trapped on his own in Lanzarote and running out of vital medication.Willie Tanner, from Dundee, is caught up in the coronavirus lockdown and has been unable to leave the Canary Island.The 62-year-old flew out for a three-week holiday on March 3 but has been told the next available return flight is in a month’s time.Willie can only see blurry shapes within 50 yards and is registered blind.His condition was caused when he suffered a brain aneurysm and he now takes 12 pills a day to avoid another one.But he has now halved his dosage to make the life saving meds last as long as possible.Speaking to the Dundee Courier, he said: “I just don’t know how I’m going to get them.
