The 26-year-old had been standing outside whilst his car was uplifted by a tow truck after it was torched on August 13.But after turning away to walk into the back garden of his home, Graham was approached from behind by a hooded thug who blasted him with a gun.
The dad was rushed to University Hospital Wishaw but was tragically pronounced dead a short time later. A heavy police presence remains at the scene as murder cops hunt for the attacker who was wearing dark clothing.
