m. with new toilets, furniture and fixtures as part of the makeover.Plans for the building, which is owned by community group Centrestage, include a theatre, nursery and outdoor space.As well as creating a new home, Centrestage aims to carry out community work from the location.Council bosses want to scoop money for phase two of the development from the Scottish Government regeneration capital grant fund.A report presented to councillors said: “This specific application if approved will deliver Phase 2 of the Kilmarnock.
