BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Kaye Adams suffers 'injury' on first day of rehearsals

The Loose Women host shared a picture of her hand on Instagram, which appeared to be rather red, and joked that it was from "over enthusiastic clapping".
Kaye, 59, also told her Twitter followers that it wasn't easy nodding off to sleep last night either. In a post, she said: "Struggled to sleep last night after the first day of @bbcstrictly strictly rehearsals. "Tried to count sheep but couldn’t get past 5,6,7,8".There's speculation now that her first dance on Strictly next Saturday could be to the '5, 6, 7, 8' by Steps.
Kaye has been weighing up whether or not to get a spray tan ahead of her Strictly Come Dancing debut. She was asked by Strictly bosses if she wants a tan ahead of her stint on the BBC ballroom show.
