UK supermarket Asda has shared an update  on its rules for parents who want to take their kids to the supermarket with them.

The news has been announced after a series of fake news posts did the rounds on social media, which suggested that families with children would be banned from stores from 29 March.

Updating shoppers, Asda wrote on Facebook: "You may have seen posts being shared on social media suggesting that families with children won't be allowed into our stores from tomorrow.
