Former Rangers midfielder Andy Halliday insists his Ibrox team-mates were still confident they could have caught Celtic despite being 13 points behind.

Halliday is now on the lookout for a new club and has spoken about potentially moving to the MLS for next season after saying he could struggle to play against the Ibrox side.

Rangers were 13 points behind when the league was called but had two games against Celtic as well as a game in hand to be played against St Johnstone.
