Last week, multiple clips of Tyra Banks’ reality television show, America’s Next Top Model, began to go viral. Critics used the short videos to point out instances of Banks exhibiting seemingly problematic behavior, such as admonishing one contestant to close her gap and allowing another to do blackface.

Tyra Banks admits that some moments from her time as host of were problematic.Earlier this week, and was caught in a social media firestorm after a video from Cycle 6 of the popular modeling competition on Twitter. In said clip, Banks can be seen pressuring contestant Danielle Evans—who went on to win that year's title—to get the gap in her teeth closed via dental surgery.
