Action plan in place at Bo'ness after unannounced visit by inspectors

An action plan is now in place for Bo’ness Public School’s early learning centre following an inspection report that found better support could be offered to children with additional special needs.The unannounced inspection in November 2021 found that while the quality of management and leadership in the nursery was good, its care and support were deemed to be ‘adequate.’The Care Inspectorate found some “improvements were needed to ensure all children had a positive experience”- although it also had much to praise.The report stated: “Children spent lots of time outdoors, playing with friends and being active and energetic.
