Rangers continued their momentum under new boss Giovanni van Bronckhorst with a fine performance in their Europa League group stage finale with Lyon.
The game was a dead-rubber with Rangers having already secured their place in the knockout round play-offs by finishing second in Group A.
They wanted to ensure Lyon couldn't finish the group with an unbeaten record and looked like doing that with Scott Wright's first half effort.
But a Calvin Bassey own goal made sure the French hosts took something from their final group game. Joe Aribo nearly had the chance to nick the game for Rangers as he entered the Lyon box, but his side will travel back to Glasgow in a good mood regardless.
