Wetherspoons rule out reopening of Scots beer gardens in phase two of lockdown

JD Wetherspoon has ruled out the reopening of its beer gardens in Scotland under the second phase of the roadmap out of lockdown.

The pub chain's Scottish bars and restaurants have been closed for almost three months since UK-wide lockdown restrictions were imposed in March.

Beer gardens and outdoor seating areas could now be given the green light to reopen by the Scottish Government later this week.
