Couzens, 48, was handed the life order in court today and will never be released for the murder of Ms Everard. He had pleaded guilty to Ms Everard’s murder, kidnap and rape by video link from jail in June.
On Wednesday, September 29, he came face to face with his victim’s family when he was brought into the dock of the Old Bailey for the start of his sentencing.
