JOSIE Gibson was catapulted towards the floor on This Morning today after the chair she was sitting on snapped. Viewers heard a loud crack after she leaned back on a wooden seat - with the former Big Brother star hurtling towards the grass.

The 35-year-old was raving about the delights of caravanning holidays alongside Alison Hammond when disaster struck. The pair were playing a game where they had to hold up paddles with their faces on bearing the words 'I have' or 'I have not' when she leaned back too far.

Alison, 45, looked on in horror as her pal tipped over - before collapsing in hysterics. Cutting back to the live feed after the incident was shown, Josie admitted: "Yeah, I broke the chair." The accident comes after Josie joked that.
