But This Morning took it a step further by adding a fishy twist to the easy food staple. On Tuesday’s edition of the ITV show Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford, who are presenting the programme during the Easter break, were joined byIrish chef Clodagh McKenna.
The first jacket potato Clodagh whipped up featured crème fraîche - and trout caviar - before moving on to show the hosts and viewers at home how to make a fish pie jacket potato, featuring a fish mix, milk sauce and a prawn to top it all off.
