Covid can wreak such havoc on the human body that even families cannot visit sufferers being cared for in hospital.But, so that the outside world can fully understand the reality of the disease, and the challenges it places on the people who are fighting it, we have been granted rare behind-the-scenes access to NHS wards for a series of stories.
