Simon Cowell
Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. He has judged on the British television talent competition series Pop Idol (2001–2003), The X Factor (2004–2010, 2014–present) and Britain's Got Talent (2007–present), and the American television talent competition series American Idol (2002–2010), The X Factor (2011–2013), and America's Got Talent (2016–present). Cowell is the principal, founder and chief executive of the British entertainment company Syco.

justjared.comTayshia Adams is changing her mind, it seems. The star of The Bachelorette made a switch in her two final guys, who were previously Zac C. and Ivan.
Then, during part one of the season finale on Monday (December 21), Tayshia was surprised as Ben, who she eliminated from the top four last week came back with a declaration of love for her.
During tonight’s episode, Ben actually told Tayshia that he was scared to tell her he was in love with her, and was confident he would get another opportunity before elimination. “Why do you tell everybody but me?” Tayshia asked him.
His reply: “I just blew it. The way you make me feel is the way I’ve been wanting to feel my entire life.” Later on, Tayshia met with all three guys - Ben, Ivan and Zac C.
