Kim Kardashian
Kimberly Noel Kardashian West (née Kardashian; born October 21, 1980) is an American media personality, model, businesswoman, socialite and actress. Kardashian first gained media attention as a friend and stylist of Paris Hilton but received wider notice after a 2002 sex tape, Kim Kardashian, Superstar, with her then-boyfriend Ray J was released in 2007. Later that year, she and her family began to appear in the E! reality television series Keeping Up with the Kardashians (2007–present). Tesla Ignored Court Order to Monitor Elon Musk’s Tweets, SEC Says (Report)

thewrap.comWall Street Journal. The Journal reported Tuesday that it had recently acquired documents from last May when the SEC wrote Tesla a letter chiding the company for not complying with a court order to review his social media posts.
In 2019 and 2020 Musk posted several tweets about Tesla’s stock price and its solar roof production but the tweets were sent without “required preapproval” from Tesla’s lawyers, the SEC said.
According to the Journal the SEC sent at least two separate letters warning Tesla about Musk’s Twitter. In May of last year an unnamed senior SEC official in San Francisco told Tesla in a letter it had “failed to enforce these procedures and controls despite repeated violations by Mr.
